About Mason

Mason Herberholz practises criminal and quasi-criminal litigation, civil litigation, commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, real estate transactions and litigation, contract review and drafting, wills and estates, and municipal law. Born and raised in LaSalle, Ontario, he holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and a Canadian Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2020. He litigates at various levels of court and tribunals, including defending individuals charged with criminal offences, and is a cooperating lawyer with the Unifor Legal Services Plan and Legal Aid Ontario. Mason sits on the board of the Windsor-Essex Brokerage for Personal Supports and serves as junior director on the Essex Law Association board of directors.
