About Alexa

Alexa Posliff practises criminal and quasi-criminal litigation, civil litigation, labour and employment law, municipal law, human rights law, contract drafting and review, real estate litigation, and workplace investigations. Born and raised in Windsor, Posliff holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Glendon College, York University, a Canadian Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, an American Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and an LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Posliff was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2017 and the New York State Bar in 2018, and holds a certificate in managing, investigating, and resolving workplace harassment complaints. Alexa is a cooperating lawyer with Legal Aid Ontario, sits on the Essex Law Association board of directors, and teaches as a sessional professor at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
