About Mason

Mason Broadfoot is a Partner at TDS's Winnipeg office with a particular interest in corporate and commercial matters and assisting local businesses, alongside a broad practice covering municipal law, commercial real estate transactions, property development, financing, leasing, condominium law, and mortgage enforcement and foreclosure. He articled at Christianson TDS and spent his first six years of practice in the Portage, Neepawa, and MacGregor offices. He earned his J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 2012, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2017. Mason served as the elected Bencher for the Law Society of Manitoba's Central District from 2020 to 2024 and chairs the TDS Agribusiness and Agri-Food industry group. His services are provided through Broadfoot Law Corporation.
