About Mary
Mary was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1975 and was appointed to the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 1991, then to the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and the Court of Appeal of Yukon in 1999, serving until her retirement in 2024. She previously served on the BC Police Commission, the board of the Justice Institute of British Columbia, and the RCMP External Review Committee, and chaired the 2022 Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for BC. She was awarded the Anthony P. Pantages, Q.C. Medal in 2009.
