About Mary

Mary Murrell has practiced law in Victoria since 1990, working for many years at Randall & Murrell before that firm merged in 2023 to form Murrell & Ittah, Lawyers and Notaries. Her practice centers on solicitor's work: wills and estates, real estate conveyancing, mortgages, real estate development, and corporate and commercial matters. She also advises clients on assisted reproduction and surrogacy agreements, including the special birth registration process required after a surrogacy birth in British Columbia. Murrell is a partner at the firm and is also a licensed notary public, and the firm describes her as focused on ensuring clients get efficient, attentive service.
