About Mary

Mary Arnold is Counsel whose practice centers on complex litigation involving professional liability. She helps clients build legal strategy, handles discovery and witness interviews, consults with experts, takes plaintiff depositions, and argues discovery and summary judgment motions. Before joining the firm, she was a senior associate representing New York City area hospitals in medical malpractice litigation and represented a major telecommunications company in general liability matters. She began her career as a prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney's office, trying cases, presenting grand jury matters, negotiating pleas, and serving as a felony assistant in the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Bureau. Mary earned her J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2011 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from St. John's University in 2008.
