About Farid

Farid Mahdi is an associate whose litigation practice focuses on the defence of bodily injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, property damage, product liability, and commercial host liability. He has particular expertise in accident benefits priority disputes between insurers, loss transfer, coverage, and subrogation matters. Farid has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He earned his Bachelor of Medical Sciences (Honours) from Western University and his J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2018, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. He is fluent in Farsi.
