About Martine

Martine Renaud is of counsel at REID Legal with nearly 30 years of experience in business law and commercial real estate. She has handled complex retail, office and industrial leasing mandates for both landlords and tenants. Before joining REID Legal she ran her own practice for more than 20 years, advising Quebec-based and national companies, franchisors and corporate banners, and previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at Bombardier Recreational Products, overseeing the legal framework for its global marine distribution network. She began her career at Lapointe Rosenstein, now Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon, building a foundation in commercial leasing and franchising law. She holds an LL.B. (with honours) from the University of Quebec in Montreal and was called to the Quebec bar in 1995.
