Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Real Estate Law
Wills, Estates & TrustsMartine represents a wide range of clients, from individuals to corporations of every size, tailoring her legal strategy to each client's needs while keeping litigation costs in mind. Her case list spans property and real estate conflicts, shareholder oppression matters, injunctive proceedings such as Mareva orders, negligence claims, contract disputes, and estate litigation. Before becoming a lawyer, she competed in hockey at an elite level, earning Division I All-American honors at the University of New Hampshire and playing for Canada's Under-22 women's team before earning a spot on the Senior National Team, going on to play at the Four Nations Tournament held in Sweden. She brings that same work ethic into the courtroom, though she recognizes early resolution often serves clients better than litigation. Outside of work, Martine and her wife Suzanne raise two children, and she sits on the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
