About Michael

Michael Marin joined the firm as Counsel in January 2024, providing strategic advice on administrative law, civil liability and corporate law. He was previously a law professor for 12 years and has served as Vice-Chairperson of the New Brunswick Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal and currently the New Brunswick Labour and Employment Board. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, and was appointed King's Counsel for New Brunswick in 2022; he does not represent clients directly.
