About Martin
Martin Sheard founded Inlet Employment Law after spending eleven years at one of British Columbia's best-known employment law firms, aiming to combat workplace sexual violence while upholding high standards of practice. He has advocated in the courts of six provinces and one territory, including a successful appearance before the Supreme Court of Canada in Matthews v Ocean Nutrition, has lectured at law schools, and is a past president of the Canadian Bar Association's employment law subsection.
