Martin Robitaille is a partner at Holmested & Associés practicing general commercial and civil litigation as well as business law and intellectual property, with particular focus on construction and latent defects, condominium syndicates, landlord-tenant disputes, shareholder disputes, insurance, civil liability, and employment law. Martin Robitaille represents businesses of all sizes, banks, construction companies, insurance companies, tenants, national and international retail chains, shareholders, condominium co-owners and syndicates, and employers and employees in individual labour relations matters. Martin Robitaille pleads before all courts with jurisdiction in Quebec.
