Vincent Guida is a partner at Holmested & Associés and heads the firm's litigation department. Vincent Guida's practice covers construction litigation, insurance, surety bonds, professional liability, enforcement of banking security, debt recovery, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Vincent Guida began a career in civil and commercial litigation at a large Montreal firm after being called to the bar in 1984, joining Holmested & Associés in 1989. Vincent Guida holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science (Joint Honours, 1979), a B.C.L. in Civil Law, and an LL.B. in Common Law (1983), all from McGill University, and received the James McGill Award and Faculty and University Scholar Awards. Vincent Guida speaks French, English, and Italian, and is a member of the Barreau du Québec, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
