About Sandy
Sandy K. Bisla joined Gautam & Associates in 2016 as an articling student and now practises primarily in the firm's insurance defence department. She has appeared before both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and favours alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and settlement conferences. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a minor in criminology from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark College of Law in Portland, Oregon, where she was a member of the school's Environmental Law Review and worked with the National Crime Victim Law Institute.
