About Mark
Mark's practice covers corporate and commercial law, real estate, wills and estates, municipal law, mining and forestry law, energy law and construction law. He has managed corporate transactions ranging from small business acquisitions to complex reorganizations, and regularly assists clients with residential and commercial real estate deals, franchise matters and estate planning. Mark earned a BCom from Lakehead University and an LLB from Cardiff University in Wales. He joined Weilers as a summer student in 2011, articled there in 2012, was called to the bar in 2013 and became a partner in 2019. He has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for YES Employment Services and as past Chair of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce.
