Bradley J. Smith is Senior Counsel at StandPoint Law, a civil litigation firm in Edmonton. His practice is centred on commercial, estate and construction litigation, though he has handled civil litigation matters spanning administrative law, agribusiness law, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, employment litigation, family law, insurance litigation, intellectual property litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and has represented clients before the Federal Court of Canada, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Justice, conducting numerous trials, chambers hearings and administrative tribunal appearances.
