Mark Dron joined Ludwar Law after spending nearly 20 years as Senior Counsel for one of Canada's largest disability insurers, where he defended disability claims across Western Canada. He brings direct insight into how insurers evaluate, dispute, and terminate long-term disability claims, including where their internal processes and assessments break down. Mark now applies that insider knowledge to build stronger claims for policyholders whose benefits have been denied or cut off.
