About Ryan
Ryan Antonello's practice focuses on sophisticated tax planning and restructuring matters, advising private enterprises and individuals on domestic and cross-border tax planning, corporate reorganizations, succession strategies and transactional tax planning. Before joining Felesky Flynn, he practised for five years at a global accounting firm, and he combines legal and accounting expertise as both a tax lawyer and Chartered Professional Accountant. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2019 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2018 and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2014. He speaks fluent Italian.
