About Mark

Mark Daly practises civil litigation with an emphasis on employment, disability, and personal injury. He was called to the bar in 2018 after graduating from the University of Windsor Law School and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. He has appeared before multiple levels of court including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal, Labour Relations Board, and Landlord and Tenant Board.
