About Kennedy

Kennedy Nolan has an active general litigation practice focused on holding insurers to account for wrongly denied claims, resolving employment disputes, securing compensation for injury victims, and supporting survivors of sexual assault. Called to the bar in 2012, he received his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2011 and his B.A. from McGill University in 2007. He was a director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association from 2019 to 2022 and has been a partner at Nolan, Ciarlo LLP since 2020.
