About Allen

Allen is the founder and principal of DWA Law and a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with the Law Society of Ontario. He began his work in personal injury litigation in 1994, founded Wynperle Law in 2002, and then formed DWA Law in 2024. He represents plaintiffs in claims involving car accidents, slip and falls, long-term disability, product liability, assault, and medical malpractice, and has served as President-Elect and director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
