About Brian
Brian is Counsel at BOYNECLARKE LLP practising on the Business and Criminal Litigation teams, conducting trials and appeals in commercial, civil, criminal and disciplinary matters. He's appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and courts across Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and British Columbia, with more than 200 reported decisions. Brian was appointed King's Counsel in 2014 and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and teaches part-time at the Dalhousie Law School.
