About Marie-Pier

Marie-Pier Baril practises corporate and business law, advising a portfolio of clients in the greater Quebec City region and Centre-du-Québec, with a particular interest in corporate governance. She regularly negotiates and drafts shareholder agreements and commercial contracts, and handles tax and estate planning, corporate reorganizations, and business succession files. A graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke, she received the Barreau du Québec prize and the Dean's prize for academic excellence, and is pursuing doctoral research on the decision-making powers of fiduciaries of Quebec trusts.
