Pascale Cloutier
Pascale Cloutier serves as Miller Thomson's General Counsel, overseeing firm-wide compliance with law society regulations and providing legal and ethical guidance to the firm's leadership and lawyers. She was previously a commercial litigator who focused on competition and consumer law, product liability, and franchising, and she has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada. She was first called to the Quebec bar in 1995 and holds an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa.
