About Samantha
Samantha Greenspan is an associate at Weisman Wolfe LLP whose practice is devoted to family law, including parenting issues, support claims, property division, and high-conflict litigation. Before joining the firm she practised family law in Windsor and Toronto, and earlier in her career acted as an agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada prosecuting matters under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy and holds a Master of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto. Samantha holds certifications in dispute resolution and is a certified Parenting Coordinator at the Basic and Advanced levels.
