About Paul

Nesseth was called to the Ontario bar in 1980 and appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court, the Federal Court of Canada Trial Division, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as the Ontario and Federal Labour Relations Boards. His practice covers employment and labour law, matrimonial law, and civil litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice. He earned his B.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario in 1975 and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1978. He served as an instructor for the Bar Admissions Course from 1992 to 1993 and was counsel for Ontario Hemophiliacs at the Krever Commission from 1994 to 1996.
