About Edward

Edward is a trial lawyer who has tried cases at all levels of court in Ontario and regularly appears before the Social Services Tribunal of Canada, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. He earned an Honours BA from York University, then attended the University of Ottawa's law school, where he served as president of the Faculty of Common Law in his graduating year. He articled at Fireman Regan in Toronto and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1996, later acting as counsel for the Royal Bank of Canada and working at Bell Temple defending insurance companies against personal injury claims. He moved to Thunder Bay in 2004 and began a plaintiff personal injury practice, opening his own firm with his wife, Susan Frasca, in 2009. His practice is now focused on personal injury and insurance claims, and he belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Thunder Bay Law Association.
