About Marc

Marc J. Noreau is the Managing Partner of Consolidated Legal Services LLP and also serves as Chief Legal Officer of Consolidated Recovery Group Inc. He has practised law for more than 35 years, concentrating on commercial collections litigation, asset-based financing recovery, and mortgage enforcement. Noreau previously served as Chief Legal Officer for the Nunavut Court of Justice, as Public Guardian and Trustee for Nunavut, and as an Assistant Deputy Minister in Nunavut's Department of Justice. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from Laval University (1988) and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School (1991), and is a member of the Barreau du Quebec, the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of Alberta, and the Nunavut Bar. He has litigated cases at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, across private practice, publicly traded companies, and government.
