About Marc
Marc D. Kelly is a Partner at Kanuka Thuringer LLP in Regina, practising in residential real estate with a focus on purchases and sales, working with buyers, sellers, developers, and builders through the transaction process. He is especially active in condominium law, reviewing disclosure documents for purchasers, preparing disclosure packages and governance documents for new condominium developments, and advising condominium corporation boards on legislative updates, fee collection, and bylaw enforcement. Kelly was named to CBC Saskatchewan's Future 40 as a leader in business and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Real Estate Law (2024-2026). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (2004), an LL.B. with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan (2005), and an MBA from the University of Regina (2014), and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2006.
