About Mallory

Mallory began her career as a criminal lawyer, gaining courtroom experience through trials, examinations and hearings, and has practised exclusively in estate and capacity litigation for several years. She represents individuals, trust companies and the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee in matters such as will challenges, rectification applications, contested guardianship applications and powers of attorney abuse. She contributes to provincial and national legal publications.
