About Malini
Malini Vijaykumar is a partner at Nelligan Law and a member of its Employment and Labour practice groups. She acts for public- and private-sector employees and unions in matters including dismissals, grievance arbitrations, contract negotiations, and human rights and health and safety issues, with particular experience in the federal public service, construction, and technology sectors. Vijaykumar has appeared at all levels of court up to the Supreme Court of Canada and regularly appears before tribunals such as the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board. She is an invited member of the Chairperson's Roundtable, which provides feedback to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and has been recognized annually since 2022 with the Best Lawyers Ones To Watch designation.
