About Malcolm

Malcolm Pritchard focuses on estate planning and administration and corporate law, helping clients plan for the continuation of family businesses and the transfer of wealth and property across generations. He takes an interdisciplinary approach, often working alongside accountants and financial planners to balance the needs of family, business, and employees. He joined Pritchard & Company LLP as an associate in 1978 and became a partner in 1980, with more than 40 years in practice concentrating on wills, estate administration, agri-business law, and business law. He earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Saskatchewan (1973-1976), after studying at the University of Alberta (1971-1973). He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and a past member of the Alberta Surrogate Court Rules Committee.
