About Hilary

Hilary Pritchard practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on agri-business transactions, advising clients on business formation, restructuring, and succession planning. She also provides guidance in estate planning, estate administration, and residential real estate transactions. She holds a JD from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia, an MA from the University of Guelph, and a BA from Mount Allison University. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association, and serves on the REDI Board of Directors.
