About Maggie
Maggie represents clients in the defence of motor vehicle accident tort claims, statutory accident benefit disputes, and occupier's liability matters. She takes a detail-oriented approach that helps manage litigation risk while providing practical advice and strong advocacy at each stage of a case. She has argued matters before the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the License Appeal Tribunal, and is also effective in negotiation and mediation. She holds a joint LL.B./J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, earned in 2007, and a B.A. from York University. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Advocates' Society.
