About Navneet
Navneet Jaswal earned an honours B.A. from York University in 2007 and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. Her practice is devoted to plaintiff personal injury litigation, including accident benefits, motor vehicle tort, occupiers' liability and disability claims, and she has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, FSCO and the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal.
