About Joyce
Joyce Cai is developing a broad corporate and commercial law practice, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and corporate governance. She completed a secondment at the Royal Bank of Canada in 2021-2022 working on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. Before law school, she worked in the global trade finance department of a multinational bank.
