About Madison

Madison Durham practises in family law, wills and estates, adult guardianship and real estate, supporting clients through a range of important life transitions with a practical, resolution-focused approach that favours outcomes outside of court where possible. She chairs the Canadian Bar Association Alberta Branch's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and coaches the annual Family Law Negotiation Competition at the University of Alberta.
