About Dan
Dan Nagase joined the firm as a student-at-law in 2006 and became a partner in 2012, now a partner at BARR LLP. He maintains a general criminal defence practice covering bail, summary conviction trials, preliminary hearings, jury trials and appeals, and has represented clients on impaired driving, domestic violence, drug offences, property offences, sexual offences and provincial regulatory matters. While studying law he served as Criminal Law Coordinator for Student Legal Services of Edmonton, and he is a longtime member of the Alberta Criminal Trial Lawyers Association.
