Brian E. Thompson is one of the founding partners of Smith Thompson Law LLP. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2005 and the British Columbia Bar in 2013, and previously was a partner at a boutique insurance defence firm in Edmonton before helping establish Smith Thompson Law LLP. His background representing large insurance companies gives him insight into insurance litigation, which he applies when prosecuting clients' personal injury claims.
