About M.

M. James Mason is a senior partner at Mason Poratto-Mason LLP, called to the Ontario bar in 1986 after earning his LLB from the University of Windsor in 1984. He has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases since 1986, with a focus on personal injury, slip and falls, and motor vehicle accidents, and also practises commercial litigation, estate matters, wills, powers of attorney and real estate. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Ontario Insurance Commission, holds a mediation certificate from the University of Windsor (2008), and is a past president of the Sudbury District Law Association.
