Samantha Prescott was called to the Ontario bar in January 2018 and earned her JD from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in 2017. She practises family law, child protection law, real estate, wills and estates, and civil law, and is a Legal Aid Ontario panel lawyer on the Family Law and Child Protection panels, working out of the Family Law Information Centre on Cedar Street.
