About Lisa
Lisa Asbreuk is a partner in Cunningham Swan's business law group, advising on corporate commercial transactions and Ontario and Alberta energy sector matters. She studied at the University of Ottawa before earning her LL.B. and a Certificate in Energy and Environmental Law from Dalhousie University. Before joining Cunningham Swan, she practised with a national law firm in Toronto and Calgary and worked in-house at ENMAX Corporation in Calgary. Her practice covers asset and share transactions, private equity and debt financing, corporate structuring, and renewable energy project development.
