About Benjamin
Ben is a commercial litigator focused on insolvency and restructuring litigation, with experience in proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, fraud and Ponzi scheme matters, class-action litigation, shareholder disputes, and creditors' rights. He has acted for secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, trustees, monitors, and debtors in both litigious matters and transactions, and has experience in complex multi-party negotiation and mediation. Ben began his practice at national firms in Toronto and Vancouver and has represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia and Ontario. He is a former director of the Northwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
