Lindsay C. Ewens-Jones, KC, was called to the Alberta Bar in July 2000 and has practiced exclusively in divorce and family law since. She was the managing principal of the boutique family law firm Daunais McKay Harms + Jones from 2008 to 2015 before co-founding Jones Divorce Law LLP in 2016. Ewens-Jones now focuses primarily on mediation and arbitration, having been a collaborative law lawyer since 2003 and a practicing mediator since 2007, and completed her arbitration and parenting coordination training in 2014. She has trained with prominent mediators including Bill Eddy, Don Philbin, Douglas Noll, and Allan Parker. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Calgary (1996) and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta (1999), and volunteers with the Legal Education Society of Alberta as a Bar Admission Course instructor and evaluator.
