About Sarah

Sarah Levine is a lawyer in Vest Estate Law's Edmonton office with a varied practice focused on estate planning and estate administration. She regularly assists clients with Grants of Probate and Administration, advises executors, administrators, and beneficiaries on entitlement, accounting, and executor conduct issues, and addresses testamentary capacity and undue influence matters. Before joining the firm, Levine practised civil litigation, including estate planning and estate litigation, at a regional firm, and has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta. She teaches as a sessional lecturer at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law.
