About Linden

Linden Dales practices federal regulatory and administrative law with a focus on international economic law and government contracting, including trade remedies, export and import regulation, economic sanctions, and bid challenge litigation. He frequently appears before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal in anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard proceedings, and advises on the interpretation of regional and multilateral trade agreements, including the WTO agreements and NAFTA/CUSMA. As part of his federal regulatory practice, he assists clients with the development and implementation of government trade policy. He is recognized as one of Canada's leading international trade lawyers by Who's Who Legal and Best Lawyers in Canada. Before joining Conlin Bedard as a partner, he summered and completed his articles with the firm, and while earning his law degree at the University of Ottawa he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ottawa Law Review.
