About Linda
Linda Visser is a partner in the class actions department at Siskinds, specializing in complex litigation involving price-fixing, product liability, consumer protection, privacy, and institutional abuse. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and various appellate courts, and practised commercial litigation in Toronto before joining Siskinds in 2007.
