About Linda

Linda Fuerst practices securities litigation, class proceedings, and regulatory investigations, including internal investigations into insider trading and executive misconduct. She began her career clerking for the Chief Justice of the High Court of Ontario and later served as senior investigation counsel at the OSC. She was named Securities Litigator of the Year and inducted into the Benchmark Litigation Canada Hall of Fame in 2023.
