About Lianna

Lianna Chang joined Young Anderson as an associate in October 2024 and maintains a general municipal law practice with a particular interest in workplace law, real estate development, and corporate and commercial transactions. Before joining the firm, she articled and practised with a management-side labour and employment boutique, and summered in the legal division of a large accounting firm and a regional union. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo. She has represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia and before tribunals including the BC Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
