Tse was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 1996 after earning his law degree from Dalhousie Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology from Simon Fraser University. He has practised in Vancouver for more than 25 years, focusing on wills and estates, residential and commercial real estate, and business and commercial law. Tse is a regular commentator on legal matters for Chinese-language media including CHMB 1320 and Fairchild Radio, and has appeared on VTV, CTV, and CBC.
