About Iven
Iven K.S. Tse was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 1996 after earning his law degree from Dalhousie Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology from Simon Fraser University. He has practised in Vancouver for more than 25 years, focusing on wills and estates, residential and commercial real estate, and business and commercial law. Tse is a regular commentator on legal matters for Chinese-language media including CHMB 1320 and Fairchild Radio, and has appeared on VTV, CTV, and CBC. He serves as Legal Advisor for the Chinese Real Estate Professionals Association and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Panel for real estate, strata, immigration, business, and family law. Tse is also active in the community, supporting Vancouver's Asian arts organizations and having served as a former president of the Vancouver Cambie Lions Club.
